@Retoon41 a whoopas woman in america doing a diet was drinking shitload of water everyday like 5-6 liters. She was all hype about losing weight till she died for water intoxication. Google that if you do not believe me.

He didn’t say ONLY eat those types of food, didn’t you see the big steak on the plate? That was definitely not huge and low in calories.

I don’t think the “filling up your stomach with low calorie food” thing is really that effective.Your body can sense when you have cut your calories and thus will slow its metabolism and also make you more hungry trough the day.

@shaqster187 hahah thats my limmit no lower then 180 thats my idea weight, Im at 261, about 80 mor epounds to go, used to be 315. but I have lots muscle weight as well so around 220-200 is my ideal weight.

these are quite obvious suggestions, but right, the most important. Another most important is: NEVER think that eating 2-3 meals at day is better than eating 5 meals (if calories are the same)

Good quality and entertaining videos, although I think you aren’t in your best shape yet. With your knowledge and experience you could easily lose a few pounds and look in better shape. Good thing about the water! I have been drinking about 5L each day for 1 and a half year and never been hungry!

@shaqster187 The HIIT will definitely help and 10 pounds in that time frame is more than achievable. My recommendation would be to follow my free guy work out program (see my channel), it’ll give you the nutrition AND work outs to kick ass 🙂
