Often times, I am asked the question what is the best way to lose weight or what is the fastest way to lose weight?

Well, the answer is actually quite simple and I will provide you with just one formula of many that can produce safe and rapid weight loss.

However, it is important to understand that when looking to reduce body fat quickly you must have a definite plan of consistent action and you must exude an attitude of a person who is on a mission and can not fail!

The basic nuts and bolts of your safe and rapid weight loss action plan goes like this:

1.> When you wake up in the morning start your cardio/aerobic training workout making sure that it is at least a minimum of 30 minutes in duration, but 45-60 minutes would really kick-in the burning of stored up body fat!

Research shows that you can burn up to 3 times as much extra body fat by doing such exercising in the morning.

Here is how it works!

During the day your body’s main source of energy is carbohydrates.

While you are sleeping for 6 hours or more, your body utilizes a huge amount of those carbohydrates for various functions that go on to repair and sustain you.

By time morning arrives your body is low on carbohydrates. You take advantage of these low carbohydrate stores when engaging in a cardio/aerobic training session. In this kind of scenario, when you begin to exercise, your body instinctively redirects systems to pull from stored up body fat for fuel.

Tip: After the workout, for breakfast have a high, quality whey or protein shake; also grab some high fiber grains and/or vegetables and you are good to go! Oh yeah, they are essentially incinerated as you munch on those snacks throughout your morning.

2.> Now let’s really supercharge the process to reduce body fat quickly. Later in the day you should feel fully recovered and if time allows, approximately 6 hours after that first training sessions, do another one of equal length. By doing so, you have just made your body a rampaging fat gobbling machine! Your metabolism is running at such a level that it seeks stored up body fat for fuel for hours to come.

Tip: Instead of consuming 3 big meals throughout the day, have 5-6 mini nutritious meals. These meals being spaced out about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours will keep your metabolism running hot.

You can easily get yourself to the level to where you can do the double sessions multiple times per week. If you can get them done 1-2 times per week, you will see a dramatic boost in the rate of body fat burning by additional 30-50%.

A word of caution: With any health and fitness training program, you should always consult with your physician, first.

Finally, get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water. I did not say lots of fluids, I said water.

With this type of training you want to avoid dehydration, plus the added water will help to serve the purpose of eliminating toxic, waste-by-products of an accelerated, hot running metabolism!
