@MrMabloz if you want to gain mass just eat well, sleep well and drink protein shakes 3 times per day. Once in the morning, after excersie and before bed.

ok so i was 5’7 and weighed 122. i ate well and worked out hard and in 2 months i went up to 130 and now im 5’8. my desired weight is toget to 150 – 160 before football season which is in the beginning of september. can someone tell me that i will def get to at least 150 before september if i take this stuff? (btw in the weeks i gained 8lbs all i took was weigh protien powder from walmart.)

can u help me mate? i dont really go to the gym as i feel am way too skinny, i dont want to go into the blackmarket…. i just want to fat on.. n am getting sick n tired of ppl saying, eat this n that.. i burn it fast.. i need some type of weight gainer .. only 4 fat.. but meat on.. id be soo happy to be fat then skinny, that way i can work out…HELP ME MATE AM FRM ENGLAND

the only way I would drink that is if I blend it with ice cream. Vanilla ice cream w/vanilla muscle juice powder. Or vise versa

powdered oats x 2 scoops + 2 scoops whey,….10grms creatine…10grms glut…1 banana …1 spoon panut butter..(whole earth is best)…all blended up with skim milk ..
id put money on it ul gain like fk..me and all my mates are as i write this ..im massive from this shake ..one a day…then i have another 2 shakes with oats and whey only ..7 days a week ..hope this helps!

I weigh about 125 lbs. And i dont know what to do to gain weight, my friend told me about this things called weight gainer and i honestly dont know. Do u have any suggestions. And I dont want to ruin my body with anything like get to fat or have no muscle.

@goforkranthi79 The best protein’s in my opinion would be a whey isolate. It’s low in calories, sugar, fats and carbs, but high in protein. To gain lean muscle it’s important to eat a high protein diet and try to cut back on fats.

@43aaronlewis You’re not eating enough. Find a caloric calculator online and plug in your height and weight and it will tell you how many calories per day you need to maintain your weight. To gain weight, add 500 calories to this number and that should be your goal intake for each day.

hey guys my normal day of eating is porridge in the mourning 3 hours later then i would have a cook breakfast then at about 5 oclock i would have another meal but i still dont gain wait what should i add to my day

@goforkranthi79 This will help you gain some muscle mass, but you’ll also more than likely be putting on fat too b/c of all the calories. You’d be better off eating a clean diet and supplementing in regular protein powder.
