I am a 20 year old college student, and on October 24th, 2007 I decided to turn my life around. I was obese, depressed, and was lacking in self confidence. Now, as of December 19th, 2007 I am over 40 pounds lighter; having dropped 6 pant sizes, and two shirt sizes- I will do whatever it takes to not get back to where i was. How did I do it you might ask? – Hardwork, determination, and moral support. (and some other stuff) lol – if you wanna ask me specifically how i lost it or need some motivation dont be afraid to ask-(but send it in an EMAIl!!!) thats how i respond

@tydurden101 He got definition because he LOST FAT not because he gained muscle. His body was in a catabolic state the whole time. It is physically impossible to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time you ignoramus. Stop playing nutritionist with me until you get a degree. I’ve been bodybuilding for 7 years and not once have I lost wight and gained muscle and I will be humbled if you can introduce me to anyone who has because it is IMPOSSIBLE and you’re delusional if you think otherwise.

@metyzermanfan19 he definitely didn’t. Did you watch the same video we all did? He obviously put on some muscle as you can see the definition…If he did low intensity cardio and didn’t eat he would look flappy…get your facts straight….whether or not he gained the weight back..who knows?

Great Job! I hate these people that say just “eat less and exercise more”! It’s not that easy for some of us (most of us). Some of us need extra help. I lost 45 lbs using the R&D Diet Cookie and I love them! They saved me. They kept me full and took away hunger and cravings so I COULD eat less and lose weight. If you need that extra help, I recommend them.

I hate all these weight loss site ads, such a con. If you wanna lose weight it’s simple, eat less and exercise more. Every body knows this but hope for a shortcut secret by paying a website, it ain’t gonna happen, everything worth having in life ain’t easy but you can do it! Great vid by the way and well done on the weight loss 🙂

I wish i had taken pictures of my weight loss. I lost 25 pounds then gained about 10-15 in muscle back. It would be great to have a video like yours! Good Job!
